Share capital
The Company’s shares are traded on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) and the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (“AIM”) as well as the PLUS Markets in London. Whilst these shares are traded, they are not listed shares as they are not admitted to the official list of any stock exchange and there are no other listings. All shares are freely tradable with very widespread holdings. There are no restrictions on the transfer of shares.
As the Company is incorporated in the Republic of Singapore, the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a UK incorporated company.
Total no. of voting shares in issue as at 30 June 2011: 200,040,000. There are currently no shares held in treasury.
